Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of engineers. Proficiency in at least one higher level programming language (e.g. Java, Python). Strong experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud computing platforms (AWS). Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop engineers at various levels of experience. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Experience working with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Terraform). Nice to have: Experience working in regulated/compliance spaces with a strong emphasis on security. Experience managing and operating Kubernetes. Experience developing and building an Engineering Platform. Experience in recruiting and building high-performing engineering teams.
