Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring that the production equipment operates efficiently and reliably while leading a skilled team to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across the site. Manage budgets, plan resources, and oversee engineering projects from inception to completion. Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing innovative solutions. Collaborate with other departments to achieve production and business goals. What We re Looking For: HNC qualification in Engineering or a related field essential. Extensive leadership experience in an engineering management role. A strong background in FMCG manufacturing with a deep understanding of its challenges and demands. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. A results-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency. What We Offer: A competitive salary of GBP50,000 to GBP60,000, depending on experience. Day shift pattern to support work-life balance.
