Job Description Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of maintenance and engineering professionals, driving performance and developing technical capabilities Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance strategies to optimise equipment reliability and operational efficiency Oversee capital equipment projects, technical investments, and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implementing lean manufacturing principles and innovative technical solutions The Successful Applicant In order to be considered you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: Degree-level qualification or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering preferred) Proven track record of technical engineering leadership, demonstrating ability to manage complex engineering teams and deliver transformative projects Strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices, preventative maintenance strategies, and continuous improvement methodologies Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across multiple organisational levels
