Engineering Manager focuses on leading all mechanical and electrical maintenance activities across the site.

What the role involves

• Leading all mechanical and electrical maintenance activities across the site.
• Driving improvements in plant reliability, availability, and overall equipment performance.
• Managing preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance programmes.
• Leading major shutdown planning and execution activities.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Managing maintenance budgets, capital expenditure projects, and engineering resources.

Skills and requirements

• Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification.
• NEBOSH qualification or equivalent health & safety knowledge.
• Significant experience managing maintenance operations within a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
