Your new role
Leading a team of multi-skilled engineers in all aspects of production maintenance service. You will have responsibility to deliver KPI's for the department, plan projects, and manage the weekly maintenance budget. This is a day-based role but covering shifts. So, on a three-week rotation you will work early days, normal days, and later days but no nights.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of level three qualification in either electrical or mechanical maintenance and some experience in people leadership.
