Knowledge of Combat System Equipment used in the Maritime Environment and experience of system integration and trials. Experience of Combat systems in a trials and/or operational environment. Degree qualified or equivalent experience, likely to be in a technology, engineering, science or IT related discipline. Some disciplines may require a Masters level education. Chartered Engineer, or other relevant, equivalent professional registration. Member of appropriate professional institution, ideally working towards Fellow. All applicants must as a minimum achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard. Many roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting where applicants must typically have 5 to 10 years of continuous residency in the UK depending on the vetting level required for the role, to allow for meaningful security vetting checks. Salary: Circa £70,000 depending on qualification and experience.
