What the role involves

• Leading research and development projects from concept through to manufacturing handover, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines, quality, and business objectives.
• Support multidisciplinary engineering teams, creating a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing environment.
• Provide technical leadership on electronics-led and electromechanical projects, supporting robust and practical engineering solutions.
• Monitoring project progress, risks, priorities, and resources to maintain momentum and remove delivery obstacles.
• Communicate progress, risks, and key decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Work closely with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and product teams to ensure smooth implementation and product readiness.

Skills and requirements

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or similar project management methods.
