– Account Manager TecRec are currently recruiting for an Engineering Manager to manage a state-of-the-art estate in Southwest London. My client provides and manages numerous engineering services across the commercial sector in London & home counties, the business has grown organically year on year with their network of existing and new clients ever expanding. This is to work on one of London’s most prestigious establishments where you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers across the estate. Key Duties & Responsibilities
Reviewing engineer job sheets ensuring quality of detail Ensuring best practice and SFG 20 is adhered to Reviewing follow on works and engaging contractors to quote Ensuring quotes are best value and challenge where necessary Working with Account Manager to ensure compliance is up to date Working closely with PPM co-ordinator and reactive co-ordinator to ensure jobs are prioritised in line with contract SLA’s and KPI percentages are kept high Completion team meetings with engineers Are you looking for a position which offers the following?
