Location: Leicester Salary: Circa £60k - £63k Shifts: Days Monday to Friday A local Engineering company is looking for an Engineering Manager to join their team. Purpose of Role - Engineering Manager
Managing a team of 10 maintenance engineers Create and maintain a planned, preventative maintenance programme (PPM) React, diagnose and fix machinery Fault find and diagnostics Manage and negotiate supplier contracts Deliver agreed plans and budgets, including established level of servicing Control all Engineering cost lines through robust planning and auditing This position will be very hands-on; you will be expected to get involved with fixing and repairing machinery. Candidate Requirements - Engineering Manager
The ideal candidate must come from the engineering industry as an Engineering Manager. You will also have the following skills, qualifications, and experience: Ideally hold an engineering qualification such as C&G, HNC, HND, or similar Experience gained ideally in recycling or heavy industry Experience within mechanical Engineering Have a hands-on and proactive approach to engineering Ler (SG) Ltd are acting as a 3rd party on behalf of our client.
