An opportunity has arisen, and we are looking to strengthen our Engineering Management Team by seeking to recruit an Engineering Manager to support our Derby Depot. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for all operations of the engineering function, including engineering and support staff, the correct maintenance of the bus fleet to both Company and VOSA standards, and adherence to all Health and Safety requirements. We are looking for an individual with exceptional attention to detail, allocation of work, excellent people management skills, along with the technical know-how and the ability to effectively work within a budget. Other requirements for the role include IT literacy, experience of working with computerised inventory systems, and knowledge of quality management techniques and processes will be an advantage. A full driving licence is required for this post, and PCV/LGV licence entitlements are advantageous. In return, we offer an excellent remuneration package commensurate with your skills and experience, and suitable training will be provided.
