to join an industry leader in electrical manufacturing. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a team of highly skilled electrical and automation engineers, delivering solutions for the wider business. You will oversee technical and automation deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time, meet regulatory standards, and reflect the company's reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of electrical and automation engineers, ensuring project delivery and team development. Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with industry standards. Oversee the design and implementation of electrical and automation systems, ensuring quality and certification requirements are met. Develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, addressing technical challenges effectively. Provide technical expertise in schematics, control systems, and automation products, supporting product development. Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver efficient, high-quality projects. Drive innovation by identifying and implementing improvements to engineering processes. About You Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering with a strong focus on automation and control systems. Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proven track record of mentoring engineering teams. Exceptional project management experience, with the ability to balance technical and commercial priorities.
