Your new role

As the Engineering Manager, you will oversee all engineering processes within the department, providing leadership, direction, and training to the engineering team. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing workflow

Controlling the consumable tooling database

Ensuring the department operates at its full potential

You will work closely with the Production and Quality Managers to improve product quality metrics and lead R&D projects to enhance manufacturing techniques and internal processes. Additionally, you will support the running of AS9100, SC21, and ISO 13485 standards and participate in audits.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment using CAD/CAM. You should have:

A proven track record in leading and developing engineering teams

Experience in driving continuous improvement

Excellent data reporting and communication skills

A professional and approachable manner, strong interpersonal abilities, and experience with AS9100, ISO13485, SC21, and Health & Safety standards are essential.
