- They are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to drive operational excellence, asset performance, and automation at a state-of-the-art facility.
- Leading & Transform: Take full operational ownership of the Engineering and Facilities teams.
- Driving Digitalisation: Embed CMMS, asset tagging, and performance dashboards to track true cost of ownership.
- Optimise Reliability: Deliver high asset availability/OEE and reduce unplanned downtime using lean principles.
- Commercial Ownership: Manage complex maintenance budgets, spare parts strategies, and contractor delivery.
- People First: Mentor, coach, and upskill a multi-disciplinary team, promoting a strong safety culture.
Candidate fit
- Reporting to the Head of Projects, you will transform the engineering function into a data-driven, highly reliable operation.
