In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Guide and mentor a team of diverse engineers to support the project teams in the Europe region. Collaborate with Sales, Standards, and Project Management leaders to ensure the right support is provided. Collaborate, align, and contribute to the Engineering Team within the region for PowerGen Projects. Organize, manage, and monitor the team's performance by implementing common standards and processes. Be responsible for financial milestones agreed on project timelines for proposed engineering solutions. Identify opportunities for improvement and process. Balance workload and priorities within the team and collaborate across the region with other teams to ensure successful solutions are provided. Drive cost reduction by leveraging lessons learned across customers and projects. Responsibilities To be successful in this role you will need the following: Be an expert in the field of power generation and actively share your knowledge and experience with the teams. Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously within the region, ensuring all deliverables are provided on time. Engage with cross-functional and global teams to establish and maintain common practices for our customers. Communicate effectively, developing and delivering multi-mode communications that clearly understand and address the unique needs of different audiences. Qualifications Education/Experience: College, university, or equivalent degree required. Significant relevant experience, including supervisory experience, required.
