PC The London Array Windfarm is in a phase of continuous improvement. The Engineering Manager will support the Production and Engineering Team with reporting, measuring, and assessing various areas of improvement on the Windfarm. This role involves working with the internal turbine performance team to assess and develop projects for turbine performance, efficiency gains, Lean projects, and process optimization. About the Role

Oversee all aspects of asset integrity, including structural, electrical, and mechanical integrity. Manage the development and implementation of asset management strategies and plans. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Promote a robust safety culture within the team and across the wider operations. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational performance. Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE legislation, company policies, and industry best practices. Supervise and manage engineering projects, including modifications, upgrades, and repairs. Ensure the ability and development of the engineering team. Contribute to the development of the annual operating budget for the engineering department. Build and maintain effective relationships with joint venture partners. Skills & Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent). Relevant experience in the offshore wind industry or similar, with a strong understanding of operations and maintenance. Extensive experience in overseeing and coordinating multi-disciplinary engineering teams. Effective management and motivational skills. Solid understanding of asset management principles and practices. Comprehensive knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Extensive experience in project management, including budget control and risk management. Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a joint venture environment is beneficial. Apply with just a few clicks:
