As Engineering Manager, you will ensure the depot's automated systems run to optimum efficiency in accordance with company guidelines. Skills required for Engineering Manager:
Proven leadership experience in a regulated environment Experience with automated systems and maintenance within a warehouse environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to lead large teams and manage own workload Knowledge of compliance and regulatory audits (MHRA/GSP/ISO) Proficiency in computer use and organisational skills Pharmaceutical industry experience (advantageous but not essential) The Engineering Manager will benefit from:
