ENGNINEERING PLANNER - PERMANENT - HERTFORDSHIRE
In this pivotal position, you will be at the forefront of strategic project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination within the engineering department. Your expertise will drive the successful delivery of critical initiatives, ensuring excellence in execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, optimizing resource allocation and tracking key milestones.
Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure seamless coordination.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies for timely project outcomes.
Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear communication to stakeholders.
Leverage analytics to enhance resource efficiency and project performance.
Deliver strategic insights and high-level reports to senior management.
Uphold compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Drive innovation through advanced project management tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in project planning within the biopharmaceutical or related industries.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
PMP or similar certification is a plus.
