As an Engineering Program Manager, you will oversee programs and projects within the Cargo and Vehicle Inspection division. You will manage new product development from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to company standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead new product development projects, from initial concept to product launch. Manage engineering delivery for revenue projects, ensuring timely release of technical specs and BoMs. Facilitate project meetings, manage critical paths, and prioritize tasks to meet milestones. Monitor and control project scope, documenting changes and their impact on timelines, budget, and quality. Manage project risks and issues, applying mitigations and escalating when necessary. Conduct key stage reviews with senior management to ensure project alignment. Drive decision-making with cost-benefit analysis. Ensure adherence to new product development processes and documentation standards. Conduct project lessons learned and identify process improvements. Utilize and maintain project management tools and templates for consistency. Provide weekly and monthly project status updates. Support continuous improvement of engineering standards, design processes, and operational performance. Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar PM professional qualification preferred. Proven experience managing engineering projects across disciplines. Strong communication skills, able to articulate to engineers and suppliers at all levels. Knowledge of X-ray systems is an advantage. Team player with a track record of successfully released products. Willingness to travel overseas for larger projects.
