Engineering Project Manager
Location: South-West England / Gloucestershire / Bath / Bristol
Salary: c£80,000 with company car and 25% bonus.
Overview:
This food manufacturing business has received significant funding to expand their factories.
You will need to have managed large scale CAPEX projects greater than £1 million from feasibility through to completion within a food manufacturing environment to be successful. Not all manufacturing experience will be relevant; ideally, we're looking for food or FMCG manufacturing.
The team is quite young in terms of their experience, so we need you to coach and inspire them as well.

As part of the senior leadership team on site, you'll collaborate closely with other functions. Your success will be measured by ensuring you have all stakeholders bought into the 5-year project pipeline you'll be tasked with creating and managing in line with the business's needs. The team is growing, so you will be hiring additional project engineers.
