What You Will Do:

Manage projects ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and compliance. Identify tasks required for projects, providing forecasted costs, timescales, and resource requirements. Provide cost and time estimates for defined project tasks, facilitating Capital budgets and CapEx requests. Offer Engineering and technical support and advice as required to support operational and project objectives. Effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders in support of projects. Organize activities for equipment commissioning and handover, including training and migration of data onto Technical Libraries.

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HNC certification, or Advanced Apprenticeship in Engineering. At least 5 years of engineering experience, with a focus on project management. Proficiency in CAD and a self-motivated attitude with the ability to multi-task. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work individually or as part of a team. NEBOSH or IOSH certifications are desirable, though not essential.

Location:

The role is based at either of the company's sites in Brackley or the West Midlands, with office-based work and occasional factory visits as required.
