As a Project Engineer/Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects from sales handover to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality standards, and cost-effectiveness. You will collaborate with internal and external teams, including engineers, suppliers, and end-users to meet project specifications and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage projects to meet specifications and deadlines. Support the development and design of new products and processes. Track project progress using MS Project and ERP systems (EFACS) and provide regular updates to management. Assist in troubleshooting and breakdown responses for existing systems. Contribute to the design of new products and assist in product development. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project success. Provide technical support, including occasional out-of-hours assistance.

The Person To be successful in this role, you will need: HNC/HND-level qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Min 3 Years Experience working in a Project Management role within an engineering and manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of project management processes. Proficiency in ERP MRP systems, ideally EFACS, and Microsoft Office tools. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. Willingness to travel overseas (short-term assignments) and provide occasional remote technical support.

Package & Benefits Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week with flexible start times. Monday - Thursday: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Friday: 7:30 am - 12:00 pm (or choose to work a full Friday and enjoy a 9-day fortnight with every other Friday off). Hybrid Working: Flexible work-from-home options. Holidays: 25 days holiday + bank holidays. Bonus: Paid twice a year.
