Overseeing, planning and supporting Team East/South East with the daily tasks of services, maintaining and overhaul, fault finding and resolving on a range of material handling products. Leading, motivating, and supporting your team in delivering top-tier engineering services with a focus on customer satisfaction. Developing and overseeing team goals and strategies to enhance productivity and service quality. Ensuring the timely completion and documentation of all engineering and maintenance activities. Acting as a brand ambassador, upholding our company values of trust, support, and integrity in all interactions. Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Collaborating with internal teams to drive improvements and resolve engineering challenges effectively. What We're Looking For

Demonstrable skills in engineering and customer service, with a strong foundation in problem-solving. Experience in welding techniques is highly desirable. Exceptional communication abilities and a focus-oriented mindset. A confident and positive attitude, dedicated to helping support and build a trustworthy team environment. Proven leadership capabilities or readiness to step into a leadership role within the engineering sector. Committed to personal and team development, inspiring growth and excellence with our company values in mind. What will help you to excel in this role:

City and Guilds in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering related field. Qualified in related field or similar years’ experience. Diagnostic computer skills. Experience with welding processes and equipment maintenance. Proficient IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Full UK driving license. Sounds Like You?
