Join a leading food processing company as an Engineering Shift Manager. You will lead a team of engineers, ensuring efficient maintenance across process areas and site services while driving continuous improvement, safety, and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Manage maintenance schedules, job requests, and spare parts via SAP. Lead and develop a team of engineers, overseeing performance, training, and recruitment. Conduct root cause analysis and ensure timely project delivery. Drive health & safety standards and environmental impact reduction initiatives. Ensure compliance with KPIs, legal standards, and budgetary targets. Essential:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical). Proven leadership and team management experience. Commitment to safety and excellent communication skills. Desirable:

Experience with SAP, PLC-controlled systems, and the food processing industry. Health & Safety qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH). Apply now for more details!
