Days/Nights rotation (4 on 4 off shift pattern) We are looking for a motivated Engineering Shift Manager to join a market leading manufacturer in their respective field. An exciting opportunity for a skilled Engineering Manager to join a well-established company and engineering team. As Maintenance Manager, you will be tasked with the running and continuous improvement of the Maintenance & Engineering Department. You will likely be a strong man-manager with a comprehensive engineering background within a manufacturing/production environment. This role will appeal to an autonomous individual with a comprehensive idea of how to run a successful Engineering team within a pressurized environment. Assist management in direct oversight of the department's daily operation. Supervise and participate in the completion of the assigned PMs to ensure departmental KPI's. Developing and improving PPM & TPM Systems. Being involved in Project Work. Procurement of Engineering Spares & Consumables. Assign, train, develop, and supervise work of engineering on shift. Skills and Qualifications:
Engineering/Maintenance Manager Experience. Industrial -
Advantageous . Food/FMCG Experience -
