Full-Time (Shift) - 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off.

About the Role: As a supervisor, you must ensure that all equipment and services are properly maintained and operate safely. You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, including both day and shift engineers, while ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. A crucial aspect of this role is ensuring that all planned maintenance is completed in accordance with the scheduled dates, with priority given to statutory and mandatory tasks. Additionally, you must ensure that reactive tasks are completed in order of priority.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the work of engineering technicians and contractors.

Ensure effective operation and maintenance of critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

Diagnose and resolve technical faults, overseeing necessary repairs and replacements.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, budgets, and inventory.

Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimise system efficiency and reliability.

Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members.

Liaise with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary equipment and materials.

Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate quick resolutions.

Requirements: Proven experience in a similar engineering supervisory role within facilities management.

Relevant technical qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.

Ideally HV experience.

SC AND DV CLEARENCE REQUIRED Strong leadership and team management skills.

In-depth knowledge of building engineering systems, codes, and safety regulations.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Proficiency in using maintenance management software is a plus.
