At Bumble, we are journeying to build a best-in-class Talent Acquisition function. We seek to reshape our TA team by introducing a sourcing function that will report directly to the Global Head of Talent. As the Sourcing Lead, you will be pivotal in delivering and supporting the Engineering and Product hiring to an exceptionally high standard. In this role, you will oversee and drive sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and pipeline top-tier talent across multiple business units and geographies. You will collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to develop and execute innovative sourcing solutions, ensuring we attract diverse, high-quality candidates.

1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals and hiring needs across Engineering and Product.
2. Lead a team of sourcing specialists, providing coaching, performance management, and development opportunities.
3. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate hiring needs and create proactive talent pipelines.
4. Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean searches, AI tools, social media platforms) to identify passive candidates.
5. Build and maintain a network of top talent through industry research, networking events, and community engagement.
6. Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, diverse talent pools for current and future roles.
7. Track and analyse sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
8. Report on sourcing activities and outcomes to key stakeholders, providing insights to refine strategies.
9. Drive sourcing initiatives that align with the company's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
10. Develop partnerships with diverse professional organisations, universities, and community groups.
11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to continuously improve sourcing methodologies.
12. Optimise sourcing processes and ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.

1. 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
2. Extensive experience and market reach in Engineering.
3. Proven expertise in sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights CRM systems, ATS, and Boolean search.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
5. Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
6. Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
7. Results-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates and service.
