Reporting to the Project Manager, you will set and maintain standards across all 3 of our manufacturing sites, managing the warehouses and handling internal customer requests efficiently.

In this role you will be responsible for: Safety Leadership:
Being a role model for safety. System Management:
Implementing and maintaining a system to store and distribute spare parts. Supplier Relations:
Selecting suppliers and maintaining relationships to balance availability, quality, and cost. Team Leadership:
Leading the team according to Essity processes, managing performance, and handling consequence management. Performance Monitoring:
Introducing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for performance monitoring. Who You Are
The ideal candidate will have: Experience in obsolescence management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities. Working Capital reduction experience. Technical knowledge of warehouse operations and parts. Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations. Knowledge of warehouse and racking safety regulations. What We Can Offer You
