Engineering Stores Person
Permanent Kinetic PLC are excited to be working alongside an extremely successful engineering company based in Hadfield. We are helping them to recruit a Permanent Engineering Stores Person. This is not a run-of-the-mill Stores role - accuracy is key as there are a lot of different components. You will be an integral part of a small team who pick and deliver component kits to the assembly team. This must be completed accurately and promptly to enable the company to meet customer requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Help to organise and maintain the stores area, thus helping to ensure correct parts can be accurately identified. Work alongside the packing and dispatch teams to complete orders. Store and record items from internal and external sources. Control any issues with regards to the components to ensure accurate stock is maintained. Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records on ERP system. Check and close off works orders. Requirements:
Experience working within an Engineering Stores role is a must. Experience with Kardex is a great advantage. Excellent communication skills - written and oral. Must be computer literate. Must be able to understand technical information. Willingness to learn. Other Information:
