The Engineering Stores Technician is responsible for the management of maintenance stores to ensure an adequate level of identified spares is available for use in the plant.
What you'll do:
Conduct accurate stock checks, raise purchase requisitions, and record all stock and non-stock items. Liaise with external vendors to maintain appropriate stock levels and storage. Maintain the workshop and storerooms in an orderly condition by conducting appropriate health & safety and housekeeping activities. Support the Engineering team on maintenance days with maintenance tasks. What you'll bring:
Experience in or a strong appreciation for Engineering is required, while industry experience is highly advantageous. Demonstrable experience in stock management. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and proactively problem solve.
