We're recruiting for an Engineering Supervisor to work for one of the biggest and most recognizable FM companies in the UK, managing a portfolio of 100+ buildings for a well-known Media & Communications company. In this role, you will be based at one of their HQ buildings in Central London, where you will manage a team of 15 engineers across multiple disciplines. This role offers flexible working from home options if/when required.

This leading company services clients across 77 different countries and employs over 80,000 staff worldwide, with over 8,500 in the UK alone, and an annual revenue of over £27b.

Benefits for an Engineering Supervisor:

Job Responsibilities for an Engineering Supervisor:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance activities to minimize downtime. Monitor building performance and implement solutions to improve efficiency and sustainability. Supervise a team of technicians and contractors, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard. Provide training and mentorship to junior staff to enhance skill sets and ensure competency. Allocate workloads and manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing for operations and emergencies. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including OSHA or local equivalent. Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to mitigate hazards. Maintain documentation of safety protocols and incident reports.
