They are on the lookout for a hands-on Engineering Supervisor who can motivate and develop a team of Maintenance Engineers in a high performing, proactive environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Being responsible for the Engineers on site. Ensure all planned preventative maintenance for the site takes place in a timely manner. Respond to reactive breakdowns. Engage the team in the fast-paced environment and the requirement for change. Implement fresh ideas and concepts with a team that is eager to adhere to your vision. Maintain and develop their advanced CMMS system. You will need:
Previous experience of working within a FMCG or food manufacturing environment. Level 3, ONC / HNC or equivalent in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering. Demonstrable success in leadership during periods of business growth and change. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure.
