A client of ours is looking for an

Engineering Supervisor

to join their team covering 2 healthcare facilities in Cardiff. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team of engineers while maintaining a balance of hands-on and supervisory responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities for an Engineering Supervisor: Lead and Manage: Oversee a team of engineers, ensuring effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance tasks. Support Operations: Act as the first point of contact for technical issues, providing guidance and support. Hands-On Work: Participate in maintenance and repair tasks as required, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. Compliance: Ensure all work complies with statutory regulations, company policies, and client requirements. Communication: Liaise with the client and internal stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and efficient workflows. Qualifications/Experience required for an Engineering Supervisor: Essential Qualifications: 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and AM2 qualification. Experience: Proven track record in electrical maintenance and team supervision. Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive and solution-focused approach to technical challenges. Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, for client and team interactions.
