Purpose Of the Role To effectively supervise and provide line management for the day-to-day mobile operation of the contract engineering team/ supply partners, ensuring compliance with standards (mandatory, statutory, contractual) and the efficient operation of the contract’s Mechanical, Electrical, and Fabric services. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership to the mobile engineering teams, ensuring delivery meets contract requirements and maintaining high levels of development and engagement. Ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of the sites' M&E Plant and Equipment and Fabric Services. Manage the customer CAFM System to monitor staff performance and service delivery. Ensure compliance with the customer's Quality Management System and manage Quality, Health, Safety + Environment responsibilities of the contract. Organise and carry out reactive repairs to the sites' M&E systems. Prioritise and complete reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks, reporting to the regional contract manager to ensure optimal service delivery. Ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices. Supervise Specialist Supply Partners, including inductions, regular reviews, and actioning minor works listed on service report sheets in conjunction with the Regional Contract Manager. Formulate, assess, and validate Risk Assessments and Method Statements. Organise own tasks, materials, and quotations from suppliers for task completion. Attend company meetings or training courses as required. Address operational day-to-day requirements from clients or supervisors/managers. Conduct contractor monitoring audits. Raise and close out hazard reports in live environments. Follow operational processes to facilitate the efficient operation of the contract. Assist in creating innovative tools or ideas for contract maintenance. Adhere to and apply organisational policies and procedures. Requirements Experience managing a hard-service facilities engineering team across a complex estate. Line management experience. Technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fabric engineering. Experience in the retail industry (desirable). Success Measures/Objectives: Meet/exceed contract SLA’s and KPI’s. Maintain high staff performance standards. Achieve positive engineer engagement scores. Manage QHSE responsibilities effectively. Ensure statutory compliance of the contract. Effectively and efficiently complete Planned Maintenance and Reactive works. Manage sub-contracted services efficiently as per schedule. Accountabilities Report to a CBRE Managed Services Regional Contract Manager. Accountable to CBRE Managed Services functional heads as appropriate. Accountable day-to-day to relevant client contacts. Line management responsibility for a regional engineering team and indirectly for relevant sub-contractors. Contract Performance operational and QHSE responsibility. Job Types:
