You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and ensuring the successful completion of engineering projects. Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of engineering projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise engineering initiatives to support business needs. Utilise 2D and 3D CAD software to develop and modify engineering designs and drawings as necessary. Facilitate communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or challenges. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, particularly in the areas of mechanical and quality engineering. Qualifications
7 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably within the MRO/Aerospace industry. Proven experience in a leadership or management role, with the ability to effectively lead and mentor a team. Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software for design and modification of engineering drawings. Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and quality management systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
