Job Title: Engineer Team Leader
Location: Ashford, TN24 0LU Salary: £60,000 per annum dependent on experience As our next Engineer Team Leader, you will thrive on the smooth running of the lines and factory processes. You will lead a team of Online Engineers to ensure the production plans are met. You will be passionate about delivering excellent service, leading on improvements, and ensuring our food is safe and accessible to our consumers, your friends, family, and communities. Engineering qualification to level 3 or above Previous engineering experience in an FMCG environment or previous experience of leading an engineering team Demonstrable CI mindset Prioritise the shift according to operational needs Ability to communicate to all levels across departments with internal and external key stakeholders The skills to grow and develop your team The Benefits and Perks
