You will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a small team of engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to succeed. Your responsibilities include providing hands-on technical expertise, troubleshooting issues on high-speed food processing and packaging machinery, and ensuring all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. You will also coordinate the planned maintenance.
To qualify, you must hold relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ 3 and above) and have a background in food manufacturing.
