I am currently recruiting for an Engineering Team Leader position at a processing and packing company. We are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Leader with a multi-skilled background, ideally having strong mechanical and electrical skills and holding a relevant engineering qualification.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of engineers to ensure all equipment is maintained to guarantee safety and operational efficiency. Provide hands-on support while managing and prioritizing tasks to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement.
Skills required for the Engineering Team Leader: Leadership Experience Engineering qualification Electrically or mechanically biased Manufacturing background Diagnosing faults and repairing equipment Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations
