My client is Europe's leading overhaul and repair provider within the booming aerospace industry and has an unrivalled reputation for providing a broad range of services to international and regional airlines, helicopter operators, and airframe manufacturers. Having now been in business for over 60 years, they are a very secure and well-established organization, attracting some of the best names in the industry due to their excellent reputation and the training and development opportunities they provide to their highly skilled workforce.

Due to strategic expansion, an opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Team Leader to join them and take ownership of the leadership of a dynamic team responsible for New Product Development (NPD).

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the New Product Development (NPD) team. Sustaining engineering activities in a fast-paced component MRO business. Managing the introduction of new products. Ensuring the long-term reliability of existing product lines. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of engineering tasks from concept to delivery.

Minimum Requirements: My client is looking for someone with a minimum of seven years' experience in an engineering position, ideally within an MRO or aerospace environment.
