Promote transparent and professional management, aligning with site goals and values. Maintenance Excellence:

Drive high standards of maintenance while ensuring compliance with safety and legal requirements. Team Coordination:

Lead daily plan briefings, shift handovers, and collaborate with broader engineering teams. Performance Monitoring:

Report on KPIs, analyse results, and implement strategies for improvement. Contractor Oversight:

Ensure the safe and efficient management of contractors. Project Management:

Balance priorities and projects to meet immediate and long-term site objectives. We're Looking for Someone Who: Engineering Team Leader Holds a recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent). Possesses Level 3 Food Hygiene and Level 3 HACCP certifications (or equivalent). Has a proven track record of delivering objectives and key metrics. Is confident in presenting, communicating, and negotiating with professional peer groups. Can work effectively in a matrix structure, drawing on external skills to achieve local goals.
