Engineering Team Leader
to work in their leading facility in
Manchester.
For the successful Engineering Team Leader our client is offering: Up to £57,000 per annum (DOE) Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm Permanent position 25 days holiday + bank holidays Annual bonus Benefits package including life assurance and health care cover Pension matched up to 8% The Role - Engineering Team Leader: People management including delivery of performance reviews, development and coaching of the team Ensures own activities are aligned to overall business objectives and knows how current performance impacts the bottom line Motivation of engineering team through effective leadership and coaching and development Control of contractors & maintenance suppliers through performance reviews Support Maintenance Excellence roadmap implementation plan for site Adherence to planned maintenance schedules through effective resource planning Adequate plant cover, as required, through effective resource planning Undertake analysis of CMMS data to assist forward planning, opportunity for equipment improvement Fully support end-to-end PMS Review maintenance activities and identify opportunities to improve cost effectiveness What our client is looking for in an Engineering Team Leader: Recognised Electrical/Mechanical apprenticeship
- ESSENTIAL Experience of managing an on-site team within the FMCG environment
