Lead and support a team of maintenance engineers, ensuring smooth operation of production machinery. Plan and oversee preventative and reactive maintenance activities to minimize downtime. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards. About You:
Proven experience in a maintenance role, ideally within the food manufacturing or FMCG sector. Strong mechanical and electrical skills (PLC knowledge).
