What you'll need to succeed Apprentice trained maintenance engineer with an electrical bias. Experience mentoring and leading a small team is desirable. Exposure to fast-moving, highly automated environments, such as food, beverages, textiles, cosmetics, pharma, packaging and similar. Additional requirements : Extensive experience of maintaining a live manufacturing plant post apprenticeship. Correct right to work in the UK without expiry. Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in a production environment in the UK. Able to work a Panama shift rota. Work collaboratively with a team of engineers and production professionals.
