Location: Southampton

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Role Overview: Lead and manage a team of five engineers, overseeing the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems with some electrical work. You'll work on-site, ensure quality and safety, and interact with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support your team, coordinate schedules, and foster a collaborative environment. Perform and supervise installations and maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high standards. Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing concerns and building strong relationships. Adhere to and enforce health and safety regulations. Keep accurate records and report on team performance and project status.

Qualifications: Experience in mechanical engineering with some electrical knowledge. Leadership experience preferred. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
