Engineering Team Leader

Telford.
For the successful Engineering Team Leader, our client is offering: £55,000 per annum Monday - Friday, Days role Permanent Contract Generous benefits package The Role - Engineering Team Leader: Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the engineering team, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and meet the company s high standards. This role involves both hands-on engineering work and leadership responsibilities. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance, technical support, and performance feedback. Work closely with other departments, including Operations, Production, and Quality Assurance, to ensure seamless project delivery. What our client is looking for in an Engineering Team Leader: Must hold a recognised electrical or mechanical apprenticeship
- ESSENTIAL Experience of managing an on-site team within the FMCG environment
- ESSENTIAL Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Must be an effective communicator with strong people skills Previous experience with pumps, valves, steam boilers, compressors, and homogenizers
