If so, this might be the one for you. Our client, a globally renowned manufacturer of consumer goods, is looking to hire an engineering team leader to supervise a small engineering team on shift.
The Role:
Leading a small engineering team on shift, your objective will be to ensure the smooth running of the engineering department, which will include: Ensure all maintenance activities (reactive and planned) are delivered in an efficient manner via the shift engineering team across site. Ensure that all operational assets are operating at optimum levels. Line managing the shift engineers and technical operators, you will support all other related business activities including QSHE, Process Safety, Capital Projects, and Continuous Improvement. The Requirements:
Relevant qualifications in engineering or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience in maintenance engineering, ideally within an FMCG environment. A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving. Previous experience as a lead or senior engineering team, supporting other engineers.
