As an Engineering Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the site's manufacturing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is eager to work with the latest technology.

Key Responsibilities of an Engineering Technician:

Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance to minimize downtime. Fault finding and troubleshooting on a wide range of machinery and equipment. Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure line efficiency and output. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions. Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Contribute to the development and execution of engineering projects.

What We're Looking For:

A multi-skilled engineer with a strong background in both mechanical and electrical maintenance. Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is highly desirable. A proactive problem solver with excellent fault-finding skills. Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent). A commitment to working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
