We are seeking a Tutor/Assessor for engineering apprenticeships. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that values and appreciates staff, offering excellent prospects.
JOB ROLE
To deliver Level 3 Engineering Technician - Mechanical and Electrical pathways for standard Mechatronics pathway and level 3 maintenance and operations engineering technician (MOET).
Deliver Level 2 Foundation Competence.
Deliver Level 3 Development Competence.
Level 3 Development Knowledge.
Delivering via face-to-face sessions in the classroom/workshop environment.
Complete guidance and mock end point assessments to ensure learners are ready for independent assessment.
Embed Mathematics and English.
To coach and mentor learners.
To work with a caseload of learners.
Inspire and motivate learners to achieve qualifications on time.
Ensure marking and feedback to the learner is accurate and supports their development.
Produce reports based on KPIs.
ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE
A UK recognised teaching qualification such as Cert ed, CTTS/DTTLS etc. or assessor qualified such as TAQA, AVA, A1, D32/D33.
Track record of effective teaching in subject specialism.
