Workshop Manager . This is a full-time position with a six month probation period, then a permanent position for the right candidate. Job Title : Workshop Manager Brief outline : Organising processes and programmes of work through the workshop Summary : To receive and organise pumps/pump repairs To provide costings to clients, deliver products back to customers once repaired. Main Responsibilities : Organise and oversee the workshop, prioritising servicing and repairs to be carried out. Liaise with Internal Departments to update on works being undertaken Liaise with customers/sub-contractors/suppliers Quote repairs/new pumps, produce reports Maintain safe systems of work Organise maintenance of plant equipment Carry out repairs/fault find on pumps, motors, and gearboxes.
