Based in Shepperton, Surrey, with a regional office in Warmley, Bristol, we employ over 45 mobile engineers and 45 office-based associates. About the Role As an Engineer's Assistant, you'll play an essential role in supporting our skilled engineering team on a variety of HVAC projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to the delivery of high-quality services. Key Responsibilities

Assist engineers with service, maintenance, and remedial tasks on HVAC systems. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical expertise. Perform assigned tasks and provide hands-on support during onsite projects. Assist with constructing, erecting, and dismantling access equipment. Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Develop a strong understanding of health and safety regulations. General Responsibilities

Commit to ongoing personal development through training opportunities. Undertake additional duties as required, relevant to the role. What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Qualities:

A full UK driving license. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, working effectively with engineers and office staff. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
