An English and Drama Teacher is required for a mainstream School in Hereford. The school has high expectations combined with outstanding teaching, leading each student to be aspirational and determined to succeed.
The five-day-a-week role starts immediately and will be teaching English and Drama across Key Stages 3 with some Key Stage 4 lessons. Your role is to help students achieve excellent results in English and Drama whilst maintaining a high standard of teaching and a positive and enthusiastic approach.
Newly Qualified Teachers are also encouraged to apply.
Applicants need to have: QTS with English or Drama specialism Experience teaching English and Drama up to KS3 Good classroom management Excellent behavioural management Ability to fulfil all aspects of a full teaching role Good communication skills A real desire to make a positive difference to the pupils that you work with Instructors are also encouraged to apply as well as educators working towards QTLS. For the right candidate, the position may extend for the rest of the academic year. Rate of pay for this role will be dependent on experience and qualifications.
